SENSES : IGNITE CURRICULUM

Our exclusive early learning curriculum at Senses ELC soars well beyond the ABC’s and 123’s to engage children in hands-on, interactive learning environments and experiences that will prepare them with the skills they need to perform the jobs of the future.

Research shows that well before a child can walk and talk, they experience the world around them using their senses - sight, sound, smell, touch and taste. It is for this reason that Senses ELC has created an early learning experience where children can engage in multi-sensory experiences, in a sensory-rich environment, where play is the order of the day.

At Senses ELC, we know that early childhood is a significant and wondrous time.  We are committed to honouring this and integrating a sense of wonder, fun, curiosity and play into everything we do.

The Senses : Ignite curriculum was been developed by our Head of Education and is underpinned by 4 core principles - Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking and Collaboration that influence and guide our 5 curriculum areas - Authors, Artists, Scientists, Environmentalists and Explorers.

NURSERY PROGRAM

From birth, children explore the world through their senses, and in our Nursery rooms, we prioritise one-on-one and small group learning experiences. Our Nursery program includes essentials like Pigeon bottles, formula, Huggies nappies, and nutritious meals prepared fresh on-site.

TODDLER PROGRAM

Our dynamic Toddler educators are here to support this curious and energetic group during a critical period of cognitive, emotional, and social development. We guide them through sensory-rich experiences, fostering their independence, confidence, and understanding of the world.

PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

Our comprehensive Preschool program covers literacy, numeracy, creative expression, scientific exploration, physical development, technology, and sustainability. Led by a University-qualified Teacher, it balances technology-based learning with hands-on exploration, play, and structured class times.
